Rubrics and Outcome Maps

Planning with Outcomes and Rubrics: Outcome Maps

For students to get the most value in an outcomes-driven environment, teachers need to prepare guidelines for students to know what they are expected to demonstrate.  These rubrics in turn help shape the activities in the classroom, which are designed to elicit evidence of what students know and can do.

We have attached some sample rubrics and outcome maps to serve as springboards for teachers in creating their own tools for their classrooms.
